| 摘 要： | 从世界经济发展的历史看,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,都不排斥贸易顺差。事实上,我国贸易顺差增长过快是近五年出现的比较显著的问题,其成因既有政策、观念、操作、结构等内因,也有国际分工深化、国际产业转移、某些发达国家对我国实行的出口管制等外因。随着我国经济的不断完善,对外贸易的发展要适度顺差,结构平衡,力求稳定。

| Abstract: | From the historical development of the world economy,Neither developed countries nor developing countries re-ject the trade surplus.In fact,the rapid growth of China＇s trade surplus appears as a significant problem in recent five years.The causes of this are both internal like policy,concept,operation,and structure and external like the deepening of international division,the shift of international industry and the export control from some developed countries.As the continuous improveent of our country＇s economy,the development of the foregin trade should be surpuls moderately and the structure should be in balance and strive for stablity. |
