| 摘 要： | 自然资源禀赋优势随着资源的不断开采而逐渐减弱,由于人力资本匮乏,资源型城市接续发展举步维艰,接续发展是资源型城市面临的一个十分紧迫的现实问题。本文首先分析了资源型城市人力资本存在的问题;接着分析了自然资源、人力资本投资与资源型城市接续发展的互动机制;最后对资源型城市人力资本投资提出了相应的对策。
