| 摘 要： | 从泰罗的科学管理创立以来，整个管理科学的体系以职能分工为基础进行构建．形成了“职能中心论”。但流程再造以后特别是流程管理的概念出现之后，这种“职能中心论”被打破。开始构建以流程为中心的管理科学方法体系，形成了“流程中心论”。

| Abstract: | Since Taylor's scientific management is created,the system of the whole management science has structured basing on the function dividing which formed function-centre theory.After the business process reengineering especially after the concept of business process management appears,this kind of function-centre theory is broken,begin to structure the scientific method system based on business process what have formed process-centre theory . |
