摘    要:本研究通过问卷调查,探讨了大学生可就业性的测量及其与求职行为和求职绩效之间的关系。探索性因素分析(EFA)和验证性因素分析(CFA)结果表明大学生可就业性分为内外两个维度。层次回归分析(HRA)结果表明:大学生的外部可就业性有助于内部可就业性的培养,并藉此积极影响自我探索、环境探索和求职强度,内部可就业性是完全中介变量;学校承诺和就业抱负有助于提高大学生的可就业性,并藉此积极影响求职绩效,可就业性完全中介变量。

Abstract:This paper reports the measurement of college students' employability and it's impact on job search behavior and job-obtaining performance. The results of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) show that the employability of college students can be divided into two dimensions- internal and external. Hierarchy regression analysis (HRA) results show that: the external employability will improve the internal employability, and has a significant positive influence on self-exploration, environmental exploration and job search intensity. School commitment and ambition will help to improve the employability of students, and have positive impact on job-obtaining performance.
