| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯现代社会发展的主要过程应该是现代化，这意味着逐步过渡到一种创新的发展模式，更换一套行之有效的社会传统，进入到更进步的社会秩序模式。教育作为社会秩序模式的一个要素．形成新的社会和文化现实的一种手段．是升级社会关系系统的途径之一。俄罗斯教育现代化寻求的是中等教育和高等教育的衔接体系。衔接体系模型理念的关键词是连续性．而教育现代化范式变换是把教育系统从“封闭”状态向“开放”状态过渡．它秉持的原则是“扩张”。俄罗斯教育现代化是探索社会发展与教育发展相适应模式．这一过程本身对我国不无启示。

| Abstract: | Russia＇s main process of modern social development should be the modernization, which means that the gradual transition to a model of innovative development, replacing an effective social tradition, entering into a more progressive social order pattern. Education as a factor in social order pattern, a means to form a new social and cultural reality, is one of the ways to upgrade the social relations system. The Russian education modernization is seeking the linkage between the secondary education and higher education system. The keyword of cohesion system model is continuity, and education modernization paradigm transformation is to make the education system transit from ＂closed＂ state to ＂open＂ state, with the principle ＂expansion＂. Russia＇s education modernization is to explore the adaptation of social development and education development mode, which is a revelation to our country. |
