| 摘 要： | 融资难一直制约着我国中小企业的发展，究其原因，除了社会和法律方面的因素外，企业内部机制的缺陷和管理上的漏洞也是造成问题的重要原因。文章从优化企业内部机制的角度．提出了打造企业诚信体系、确立科学的运作机制、加强外部合作等提升中小企业民间融资能力的对策措施。
