| 摘 要： | 在当前全球经济危机持续、贸易保护主义抬头背景下，构建我国贸易摩擦预警模型十分必要。研究表明，我国目前的贸易摩擦预警指标主要集中在反倾销这种方式上，因此，预警模型的指标体系需要加入反映反补贴、技术贸易壁垒等的指标。在指标体系构建完善基础上，通过专家评分模型、层次分析法确定指标权重，最后用多因素加权法给出预警区间。

| Abstract: | Under the background of persistence of global economic crisis and revival of trade protectionism, it is quite necessary to construct an early-warning model of trade frictions between China and its trade partners. Related research shows that now Chinese early-warning indexes of trade frictions focus on the aspect of anti-dumping, therefore, indicators about the aspects of anti-sudsidy and technical trade barriers should be added into the Chinese early-warning index system. Based on the perfect index system, the weight coefficient of each main index could be determined by expert mark and AHP methodology. Ultimately, we could get the early-warning intervals by multi-factor weighting methodology. |
