| 摘 要： | 根据公共卫生服务的概念和内涵建立了评测指标体系,并利用因子分析法和聚类分析法对2008年中国各省域的公共卫生服务水平进行综合评价;利用耦合协调度模型对公共卫生服务水平与经济发展耦合的省域差异进行了深度分析,进而利用制约度指标对中国总体公共卫生服务水平进行了病理诊断,并提出了相关的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper confirms the elements of evaluation index system according to the definition and connotation of the public health services, and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the level of public health services of Provinces in 2008 by using the factor analysis method and cluster analysis method. On this basis, the paper uses the coupling model of co-ordination function in analyzing the coupling of public health services and economic development. Then, the paper further con- ducts pathological diagnosis by constraints degrees indexes and then Went on to put forward the relevant policy recommen- dations. |
