| 摘 要： | 通过对甘肃省民办普通高等教育管理的现状和特征的研究分析中寻找甘肃省民办普通高校管理中的局限和不足，结合历史分析以及国内外民办高校管理的经验教训，针对甘肃省民办普通高等教育管理中所存在的问题，从理论角度和现实角度提出甘肃省民办普通高等教育管理创新的制度安排和保障条件。

| Abstract: | Private general management of higher education in Gansu Province and characteristics of the status of research and analysis to look for private colleges and universities in Gansu Province in the limitations and deficiencies in management, combined with historical analysis, as well as the management of private universities at home and abroad experiences and lessons for the privately-run average in Gansu Province Higher Education Management in the problems, from the theoretical point of view and practical viewpoint, regular higher education in Gansu Province Private Management Innovation of the institutional arrangements and security conditions. |
