| 摘 要： | 循环经济作为一种全新的经济发展模式，本身具有明显的系统性特征。本文在分析循环经济内涵及其系统特征的基础上，从企业、产业、区域和经济总体系统四个层面分析了循环经济的系统结构．并在此基础上构筑了一个包含企业微循环子系统、区域运行服务管理子系统、循环经济发展模式研究子系统与国家循环经济政策制定子系统在内的循环经济系统分析框架。本文从系统观视角出发．深入剖析了各子系统的功能定位及其内在有机联系，并提出了循环经济的系统观发展思路。本研究对于推进我国发展循环经济发展模式，实现可持续发展具有一定的现实与理论意义。

| Abstract: | By the method of systems science, this paper analyzes the connotation and systematic characteristic of recycling economics, and then analyzes its systematic structure from the following four lays which include enterprise.industry.district and total economic system. Based on these, this paper constructs a systematic analysis framework of recycling economics which involves internal enterprise＇s interior subsystem.regional management service subsystem.subsystem of research about development mode subsystem of and recycling economies policy-making , points out the function of every subsystem and their organic relation, provides developing strategy of recycling economics based on system view. |
