| 摘 要： | 建设低碳社会是人类通往可持续发展的必经之路,而低碳城市是低碳社会建设的重要内容。本文从土地利用与交通规划视角,以东北中心城市沈阳为例,指出沈阳市目前低碳城市建设存在城市用地结构与城市交通不协调、交通系统结构不完善,以及缺乏低碳交通的社会意识等三大问题。针对这些问题,提出优化交通与土地利用之间关系是基础、交通系统整合规划是关键和确立低碳交通的社会意识是根本等解决思路,并分别给出具体的对策。

| Abstract: | Constructing low carbon society is the only way which we human must pass into sustainable development, and low carbon city occupy the key component of that. From the perspective of land use and traffic planning, we analyzed the current situation and countermeasures in constructing low carbon Shenyang City. Three existing problems were pointed out in the paper, including discordance between urban traffic and land-use structure, imperfection in urban transportation configuration, and lack of public awareness on low carbon transport. Aiming to these deficiencies, we put forward specific countermeasures for solving corresponding weakness. |
