| 摘 要： | 本文以专利侵权风险预警工作为切入点,通过对相关文献进行分析,总结了专利侵权风险预警工作的一般范式,全面、系统地阐释运用大数据技术进行专利侵权风险预警的过程,重点介绍了专利与市场信息、产业信息结合动态评估专利侵权风险,构建了基于大数据视角的专利侵权风险预警模式,对企业知识产权风险管理提供精准决策方面具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of current research and actual patent experience,this paper summarizes the general paradigm of patent infringement risk warning work.This paper describes the process of patent infringement risk early-warning comprehensively.It focuses on the dynamic assessment of risks by combining patents with market information and industry information,and constructs a framework of patent infringement risk early-warning.This paper has important reference value for enterprise intellectual property risk management. |
