| Abstract: | The evaluation of patent value is a key factor in the process of patent application, which determines whether the patent can finally be transferred. Based on the patent licensing contracts registered from 2018 to the first half of 2021, this paper carried out the research on the patent license fee prediction of each patent index in the multiple linear regression model. It is found that the patent claim, the number of patent citations, the contract payment method and other indicators have strong effects on the patent licensing fee. In addition, the study found that the patent claim and other indicators in the multiple linear regression model of the construction of patent licensing fee prediction rate can reach more than 80%, which plays a certain role in the further evaluation of patent value, circulation, use for reference. |
