| 摘 要： | 在分析知识流、知识创新和动态能力的基础上,构建了一个知识流、知识创新和动态能力的整合模型,分析得出知识流对知识创新和动态能力具有积极的影响,知识创新与动态能力相互促进。三者之间的互动即知识流通过知识创新促进动态能力,动态能力通过反馈机制作用于知识流而对知识创新产生积极作用,其输出的创新性产出成果及提升的动态能力对企业的绩效和竞争优势产生积极影响。这为企业如何通过知识流管理来形成与提升动态能力,并为建立持续的竞争优势提供了良好的路径。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of knowledge flow,knowledge innovation and dynamic capabilities,this paper constructs an integrated model.The result suggests that knowledge flow facilitates knowledge innovation and dynamic capabilities.Knowledge innovation enhances dynamic capabilities and the interaction among the three,namely knowledge flow facilitates dynamic capabilities via knowledge innovation and dynamic capabilities,affects knowledge flow through feedback mechanism which has positive impact on knowledge innovation.Innovative outputs and promoted dynamic capabilities will be obtained,which positively effect on the enterprises’ competitive advantage and corporate performance.This paper provides a good path throuth which enterprises can form and promote dynamic capabilities,and make a sustainable competitive advantage. |
