| 摘 要： | 为向用户提供具有较高质量的网络原生数字资源检索服务,促进网络原生信息资源利用的优化和良性循环,针对网络原生数字资源劣多优少的特点,采用定量评价法,建立了包括文章总数、浏览次数、回帖数、下载次数、存在时间等指标在内的具有可操作性的评价指标体系,然后采用网络和实地两种调查方法求得各指标权重,并进行实证研究。

| Abstract: | To provide high quality raw digital resources and promote its optimal use and virtuous circle,a quantitative evaluation method was used to establish the operable evaluation index system of the raw digital network information resource including such evaluation indicators as numbers of articles,visitors,follow-ups,downloads,lifespan,etc,and the weights of each evaluation indicator were calculated by web survey and field survey.Finally,we conducted an empirical research. |
