| 摘 要： | 从评价对象、评价类型、评价时间三个维度构建了软科学评价的框架体系,然后从定性评价与定量评价的角度构建了软科学评价方法体系,在此基础上,对软科学评价中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | After establishing the framework for soft science evaluation from evaluation object,evaluation type and evaluation time,this paper designs a soft science evaluation method system from both perspectives of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.The author also analyzes some problems in soft science evaluation and proposes some suggestions. |
