| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]通过对政府数据开放中公众反馈情况的调查研究,旨在提高政府数据开放的公众参与度和满意度,以促进政府开放数据的利用,保障政府开放数据的质量。方法/过程]选取《2020城市商业魅力排行榜》中的4个一线城市、15个新一线城市和30个二线城市作为研究样本,在调查其政府数据开放平台公众反馈现状的基础上,对公众反馈问题进行分析。结果/结论]最终以政府开放数据生命周期五个时期为基础,对应政府数据开放公众反馈的前中后三个阶段,构建了五时期三阶段的政府数据开放公众反馈机制。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]This paper investigates and studies the public feedback in government data opening,and aims to improve public participation and satisfaction of government data opening,so as to promote the use of government open data and ensure the quality of government open data.Method/Process]This paper selects 4 first-tier cities,15 new first-tier cities,and 30 second-tier cities in the"2020 City Business Charm Ranking List"as the research samples,and analyzes public feedback issues on the basis of investigating the status quo of public feedback on its government data open platform.Result/Conclusion]Finally,based on the five periods of the open government data life cycle,corresponding to the first,middle and last three stages of public feedback on open government data,a five-period and three-stage public feedback mechanism for open government data was constructed. |
