| 摘 要： | 软件外包作为服务外包的一种重要形式,已经成为推动世界经济快速发展的重要力量。软件外包企业的研发团队的知识吸收能力的提高有利于增强他们的业务能力。目前的软件外包业务模式主要有单一行业发展模式和单一职能升级模式。在这种单一的发展模式下,企业研发团队成员由于长期专注于某一特定领域,容易出现知识麻痹,导致知识吸收衰减乃至停顿。提出了知识吸收周期的概念,通过引入知识鲶鱼,刺激研发团队保持对知识的敏感性,并从知识的螺旋上升理论、内外知识流动规律、知识距离与知识吸收的关系等几个方面探讨了知识鲶鱼的作用机理。
