| 摘 要： | 图书馆联盟是一种现代图书馆协作形式,其类型也是多样化的,区域性图书馆联盟是特定区域内图书馆组成的联盟,对其动力机制进行研究,有动于联盟的顺利发展.图书馆联盟是一个开放的复杂系统,系统论下的图书馆联盟具有整体性、关联性、层次性、统一性、开放性的特性.区域图书馆联盟动力机制的影响因素主要包括动力的来源、动力动因、动力成果及成果转化4个因素.构建动力机制时,需建立适合本联盟的管理机构与管理制度、构建以“用户为中心”的服务动力、构建合理的资金投入与利益分配方案、加强信息文化建设,加强联盟与各方的信息交流,充分协调各要素之间的利益平衡.

| Abstract: | Library consortium is a modern library cooperation form,of which the types are diversified.Regional library consortium is constructed in specified region.It’s beneficial for consortium development to research its motivation mechanism.Library consortium,an open and complicated system,in the systemmatology has five features: globality,relevance,hierarchy,togetherness,opening.The influencial factors of regional library consortium motivation mechanism include motivation source,motivation reason,motivation achievement and achievement transform.Motivation mechanism can be constructed from six aspects: build suitable administrative organization and system,construct service motivation of custom-centered,construct encourage motivation of government-centered,strengthen information culture,strengthen the communication and cooperation with outside,assort with the benefits balance of every factor and so on. |
