| 摘 要： | 创业人才通过获取特定的资源和信息提升个人创业能力,产业集群内部丰富的资源为创业人才学习提供了有利条件,基于资源观角度探讨产业集群对创业人才学习的影响,可以为构建集群创业人才学习机制提供新的理论视角.首先通过文献分析和问卷调查的方法,建立创业人才学习的四个内容维度结构:自我学习,业务学习,关系管理学习和企业管理学习.在此基础上,通过问卷调查实证检验了集群共享性资源对创业人才学习的影响.结果表明,集群共享性资源的三个维度(集体声誉、资源的交换与组合强度以及当地机构的参与程度)对创业人才学习具有不同程度的影响.

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurs enhance their entrepreneurial ability through access to specific resources and information.The abundant resources in industrial clusters provide convenience for their learning.This paper explored the relationship between shared resources in industrial clusters and entrepreneurial learning from the perspective of RBV,it would provide new theoretical perspective.Firstly,it built a model of entrepreneurial learning involving 4 content dimensions of self-learning,business development learning,relationship management learning and enterprise management learning.Then,it verified the effect of shared resources in industrial clusters on entrepreneurial learning through an empirical analysis based on questionnaire survey data.Results showed that the 3 dimensions of shared resources in industrial clusters(reputation,exchange and combination of resources,involvement of local institutions) influence entrepreneurial learning with different degrees. |
