| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]以社会智库为研究主体,构建社会智库知识服务能力体系,以拓展社会智库相关研究,为社会智库提升知识服务能力提供理论基础和实践指导。方法/过程]基于社会智库知识服务能力的内涵和构成要素,结合社会智库“资源要素-业务流程-智库功能-服务对象”的运营流程构建社会智库知识服务能力体系,并基于此提出社会智库知识服务能力提升策略。结果/结论]构建了以知识发现和获取能力、知识整合和利用能力、知识开发和创造能力、成果应用和传播能力为核心的社会智库知识服务能力体系,并从外部主体协同、数字技术应用、知识服务联盟和媒体传播渠道四方面提出社会智库知识服务能力提升策略。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]Taking social think tanks as the research subject,the system of knowledge service capability of social think tanks is constructed to expand the related research of social think tanks and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for social think tanks to improve their knowledge service capability.Method/Process]Based on the connotation and constituent elements of the knowledge service capability of the social think tank,the knowledge service capability system of the social think tank is constructed by combining the operation process of social think tanks,namely"resource elements-business processes-think tank functions-service objects".Based on this,some strategies are proposed to improve the knowledge service capability of social think tanks.Result/Conclusion]The knowledge service capability system of social think tanks is built with the core of knowledge discovery and acquisition ability,knowledge integration and utilization ability,knowledge development and creation ability,research-output application and spreading ability.In addition,the strategies to improve the knowledge service capacity of social think tanks are put forward from four aspects:external actor collaboration,digital technology application,knowledge service alliance and media communication channel. |
