| 摘 要： | 开放创新背景下,外部知识搜索成为企业继内部研发与外部收购外第三种提高企业技术竞争优势的方式。然而,大量研究也表明过度搜索可能损害创新绩效,组织需要对知识搜索进行平衡。因此,论文在系统梳理相关研究文献基础上,对知识搜索平衡研究的缘起、形成机理、影响因素与未来研究展望进行深入剖析,以廓清它们之间的内在逻辑关系,为后续研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the era of open innovation,besides firm’s internal R&D and external purchase,knowledge search has become the third way for the firm to improve its competitive advantage.However,numerous empirical studies have shown that over-search may harm organization’s innovation performance,and firms should balance their knowledge search activities.Therefore,based on the research of relevant literature,we conducted in-depth analysis on the research origin,the forming mechanism,and the influencing factors of knowledge search balance and the prospects for future study,thus,the internal logic relationships between them are cleared,which may provide some references for follow-up studies. |
