| 摘 要： | 情报机构公共关系学是一门边缘性、应用性的社会科学学科。它研究的对象是情报机构与各类公众的关系。研究的内容是情报机构公共关系的基本理论、基本原理、情报机构公共关系组织和人员,以及情报机构与各类公众的具体关系。加强情报机构公共关系学的研究,可以丰富情报学内容,提高情报人员的公共关系意识,指导情报人员的公共关系实践。

| Abstract: | Public relations of information organizations are an applied andboundary social science. Its object of study is the relations between in-formation organizations and the public. The contents include basic theoryand cardinal principle of public relations of information organizations,the organization and the personnel of their public relations, and the re-lations between them and the public. Strengthening this study may enrichthe contents of informatics, enhance public relations consciousness of in-formation workers and guide them to practice. |
