摘    要:江西社会历史悠久,形成了独具特色的地方区域文化特征。这些传统地域文化的丰富内容,被较完整地保存在了传统社会的基层亦即农村中。这些文化经过时间的沉淀,已经成为了具有文化惯性的地方民俗。农村小学教育与地方民俗具有天然的地缘关系,因此二者之间不可避免地会存在诸种关系。各种关系中既有其二者兼容互利的关系,也有冲突相悖的一面。本文以农村一线小学教师与管理者的视角来展示对二者间关系的认知情况。

Cognition and Analysis:Research on the Conflict between Jiangxi Local Folk Culture and Rural Primary School Education

Abstract:Jiangxi has a long social history, in which characteristic regional cultural features form. The traditional regional culture possesses a rich content, and has been completely preserved in the basic level of traditional society, namely, rural areas. After the accumulation of time, the culture has become local folk customs with cultural inertia. There is a natural geopolitical relation be-tween rural primary school education and local folk culture, in-evitably generating various relations between them. Some of the relations are beneficial to both of them, but some cause conflicts between them. From the perspective of frontline rural primary school teachers and managers, this paper expresses the cognition situation of their relations.
