| 摘 要： | 独立学院自出现以来，以迅猛的发展态势推动着我国的大众教育，在我国的高等教育史上画上了浓墨重彩的一笔。独立学院的发展越来越受到社会的关注，如何定位独立学院的发展，如何培养社会有用人才，也逐渐成为独立学院举办者关心和注意的重点。笔者以吉林大学珠海学院为例就结合该院学生管理经验简单探索独立学院如何在管理中融入价值观教育。

| Abstract: | Since the advent of independent college, its rapid de- velopment has been promoting China＇s mass education, and made a great contribution to China＇s higher education. The independent college is attracting more and more social attentions, so how to position the development of independent college and cultivate talents have become a key point. Taking Zhuhai College of Jilin University for an example, the writer explores how to infiltrate values education into student management. |
