| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职院校工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式下不可或缺的实践教学环节，如何加强对顶岗实习的有效管理、提升学生就业竞争力是高职院校一直以来探索的重点内容之一。基于此，本文将项目管理的理论引入到顶岗实习管理中，从项目申请、评价审批、执行和控制、自我总结、终审考核等方面对顶岗实习管理模式进行思考和探索。

| Abstract: | The post practice of vocational graduates is an indis- pensable aspect of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, in mode of ＂combining learning with working＂ and ＂cooperation between school and enterprise＂. The point is how to strengthen the effective management of post practice and promote stu- dents＇competition in the labor market. Based on this, the theory of project management is used for the process of post practice, and discussed in the aspects of project application, assessment and approval, execution and control, self-summary and final review. |
