摘 要: | 《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》对幼儿园教师“专业能力”进行了明确界定。用这个新标准衡量,在幼儿园教师职前培养与职后培养两个阶段存在目标导向不明确、相互不衔接的问题。为此,本文提出了职前职后一体化教育模式,并就其内涵、实施设想和保障机制进行了探讨。
