| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员职业倦怠直接影响大学生思想政治教育的实效和高校人才培养的质量。进一步完善辅导员工作评价，是强化辅导员队伍建设的有效措施，也是解决辅导员职业倦怠的有力保障。本文从高校辅导员职业倦怠的含义及表现出发，分析了高校现行辅导员评价存在的不足，并对完善高校辅导员评价，最大限度地避免和消除高校辅导员职业倦怠提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | The university counselors＇ job burnout directly influ- ences the efficiency of college students＇ ideological and political education as well as the quality of colleges and universities＇ per- sonnel training.
