| 摘 要： | 心理健康教育课程是提高大学生心理素质的有效途径，也是当前高校开展心理健康教育的主要手段。本文主要探讨了体验式教学在当前独立学院心理健康教育教学中的应用优势，并分析其应用于独立学院心理健康教育课程的必要性与可行性，提出相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | Psychological health education course is an effective approach to improve college students＇ psychological quality, and a major way of implementing the current college psychological health education. This paper mainly discusses the advantages of applying experiential teaching to the current psychological health teaching in independent college, analyzes the necessity and fea- sibility of its application, and proposes relevant improving sug- gestions. |
