| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视现有的酒店管理专业的教育实践。在经济全球化的新背景下,高职院校也开始了新的教育教学变革,积极构建专业性教育教学发展体系,改善传统的教育教学方式,创新课程实践研究。因此,本文主要针对现阶段的高职酒店管理专业实训课程教学进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's economy,the country pays more and more attention to the existing educational practice of the hotel management major.Under the new background of economic globalization,higher vocational colleges have also begun a new reform in education and teaching,actively constructing a professional education and teaching development system,improving traditional education and teaching methods,and innovating curriculum practice research.Therefore,this paper focuses on a brief analysis of the practical training courses for hotel management majors at the current stage,and puts forward reasonable suggestions. |
