高职学生厌学问题解决的对策分析

摘    要:高职院校学习是提升学生学历的重要途径之一,但受传统观念的影响,高职院校的部分学生不重视专业课程,不热爱高职院校的课程学习。目前,为了满足我国对技术专业人才的需求,高职院校的教学目标大都以培养学生的专业技能、提高毕业生就业率为主。当学生没有认识到学习的重要性、对未来没有明确规划时,更容易出现厌学的现象。因此,要想提高高职院校的教学质量,就需要分析学生厌学的主要原因,并有针对性地探讨对策,解决学生厌学的问题。

Analysis on the Countermeasures to Solve the Problem of Higher Vocational Students'Weariness of Learning

Abstract:Higher vocational colleges are one of the important ways to improve students'academic qualifications.However,influenced by the traditional concept,most students in higher vocational colleges do not attach importance to professional courses and do not love the course learning in higher vocational colleges.At present,in order to meet the demand of technical professionals in China,the teaching objectives of higher vocational colleges are mainly to train students'professional skills and improve the employment rate of graduates.When students do not realize the importance of learning,do not have a clear plan for the future,they're more prone to the phenomenon of weariness.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to analyze the main reasons for students'weariness of learning,and targeted countermeasures to solve the problem of students'weariness of learning.
