| 摘 要： | 目前，任职教育是我军院校教育改革与发展重点关注、发展的方向。传统的药学学历教育的教学方法完全不同于任职教育，不能够满足药学任职教育需要。本文从军队卫生系统下属的药学任职教育方向入手，从本人最近两年的任职教育实际出发，简要分析军队药学任职教育课程结构体系的优缺点及完善的可能性。

| Abstract: | Currently, post education is a key direction for the re- form and development of education in military academies in Chi- na. Traditional teaching methods of academic pharmacy educa- tion are totally different from those of post education and cannot meet the needs of pharmacy post education. Starting from the post education of pharmacy affiliated to the military medical system and the writers＇ nearly 2 years of post education practice, this pa- per briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the cur- riculum system for pharmacy post education in military a- cademies and the feasibility of its improvement. |
