| 摘 要： | 创新人才的培养是高等教育发展的必然要求，也是创新型国家建设的必然要求。通过对地方高校创新人才培养现状的分析，得出地方高校在创新人才培养上存在尚未形成正确的创新教育理念、人才培养模式单一、学科设置不合理、财政投入不足、评价体系不完善的问题，进而提出要通过更新教育观念、创新人才培养模式、调整学科专业结构、完善科技服务机制、积极筹措资金、改革评价制度来推动创新人才培养的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative talents is a necessary re-quirement of the development of university education and the construction of an innovative country. Analyzing the condition of local university educational development, we can find that local universities have a series of problems in the cultivation of inno-vative talents such as the correct concept of innovative education has not been formed, the talents training mode is single, the sub-ject setup is unreasonable, the national finance investment is in-sufficient, and the appraisal system is imperfect. Furthermore, we can promote the development of innovative talents training through updating educational concepts, innovating talents train-ing mode adjusting the specialty structure, improving the mecha-nism of science and technology service, raising funds actively, and reforming the evaluation system. |
