| 摘 要： | 随着高校教学改革的不断深化，教育界对人才的培养目标也越来越高，为此，各大高校必须积极地改进教学目标，完善人才培养体系，调动全校师生的教与学的积极性，全面提高学生的综合素质，为我国社会主义现代化建设提供高素质的接班人和建设者。本文就高校教育改革与德育有效性进行简要分析，提出在高校教改背景下要改善德育环境、发挥德育的主导作用并且将德育教育融入思想政治教学中以增强德育有效性。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform of university teaching, the talent training objectives of the education circle have become higher and higher, in this regard, colleges and universities must actively improve their teaching goals, improve talent training sys-tems, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students in teach-ing and learning, comprehensively improve the overall quality of students, so as to provide high quality successors and builders of China＆#39;s socialist modernization. This paper briefly analyzes uni-versity education reform and the effectiveness of moral education, and proposes that the effectiveness of moral education can be strengthened through improving moral education environment, giving play to the dominant role of moral education, and integrat-ing moral education into ideological and political teaching. |
