| 摘 要： | 马克思与恩格斯生活的年代虽与当今时代不可同日而语,但他们的思想超越了时代的局限性,对中国的技术风险规避具有重要的启示。在历史唯物主义看来,要扬弃资本逻辑,但扬弃资本逻辑并不意味着纯粹地抛弃或消灭资本,而是要求对资本进行合理的引导与规范;与此同时,还要提高主体的认知水平并大力发展绿色技术。

| Abstract: | Although Marx and Engels lived in different times,their ideas transcended the limitations of the times,which had important implications for China's technological risk aversion.In the view of historical materialism,we should sublate the logic of capital,but to sublate the capital does not mean to abandon or eliminate capital purely,and reasonable guidance and regulation of capital is required;at the same time,we should improve the cognitive level of the subject and vigorously develop green technology. |
