| 摘 要： | 网络电视台是数字化校园建设中的有机组合。在新时期的今天，网络电视台不但传承了其高等教育的历史使命，更在职业教育中具备了新的功能和作用。本文通过数字化校园的涵义、校园网络电视台建设的必要性及作用分析，明确在网络E时代中高校网络电视台的更多职能，以便发挥其最大能效，促进数字化校园的建设，推进我国网络电视台的良好发展。

| Abstract: | The network television is an organic combination of the digital campus construction. Today, the network television not only inherits the historical mission of higher education, but plays a new function and role in vocational education. Through analyz-ing the meaning of digital campus, and the necessity and role of the construction of campus network television, this paper makes clear more functions of the college network television in the E era, so as to exert its maximum efficiency, promote the construction of digital campus, and promote the sound development of the net-work television in China. |
