| 摘 要： | 本文从情商的内涵开始，结合当今高校大学生情商教育中出现的问题，创新地提出了大学生情商培育机制，主要分以下方面：高校教育者要与时俱进，改变观念实行情商智商并重；以课堂教育为主阵地，开设文理融合的“通识教育”课程；重视校园文化建设，创造良好的心理环境；构建立体的心理健康防御系统；完善学生会、社团组织；丰富社会实践的内涵和形式。通过这些措施，进一步提升大学生的情商素质，为大学生的成长成才以及未来的职业发展带来不可估量的作用。
