| 摘 要： | 本人根据《体育与健康课程标准》和中职学校整体教学规划的特点,对中职体育有效教学组织模式,选项教学内容,操作设计及影响体育选项有效教学的因素进行了分析和阐述,并结合学科的具体实践提出了实施高效性教学办法。实践证明,通过体育选项教学,同一个班两节40分钟课连续上,能够提高学生上课积极性,对学生掌握运动技能有很大的促进作用,学生体育锻炼意识有明显增强。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and interprets the efficiency of PE teaching organization in secondary vocational school in accordance with ＂PE and Health Curriculum Standard＂ and the characteristics of overall teaching plan in secondary vocational school,and proposes relevant teaching methods.Practice proves that optional teaching can improve students＇ learning enthusiasm and cultivate students＇ sports awareness. |
