| Abstract: | The head teacher is the most basic worker for student management,and the soul of a class,so the quality of class management determines the quality of school education.Class management is complicated in secondary vocational school,so the head teacher should adopt scientific method to implement class management,so as adapt to the need of vocational education.Starting from the factors influencing the head teacher＇s class management in secondary vocational school,this paper explores the strategy for it. |
