| 摘 要： | 我国传统的教育比较少去考虑学生的个性以及发展方向，只是按照一定的教学计划和进度进行知识的传授；优秀的教育应该是重视学生的主体地位，尊重学生的个性来进行开放式的教学。学习不是一个阶段性的事，古人曾经这样说过：活到老，学到老，因此实行终身教育管理是势在必行的。本文就开放式终身教学管理做出一些分析和研究。

| Abstract: | China＇s traditional education cares less about students＇ personality and development directions, merely imparting knowl-edge in accordance with certain teaching plans and schedules. Excellent education should be open teaching, attaching impor-tance to students＇ subjective role, and respecting their personali-ty. Learning is not a deed at one stage, as the saying goes,＂one is never too old to learn＂. Therefore, it is imperative to implement lifelong education management. This paper mainly analyzed and studied the open lifelong teaching management. |
