| 摘 要： | 班主任担负着进行学生的思想政治教育工作，帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，使之成为全面发展的实用型人才的重任，其有效的工作是培养学生健全人格、良好个性、优秀品格、进取精神等的重要保证。随着高中阶段教育的普及，中职学生基础参差不齐，中职学校班主任工作面临严峻挑战。本文分析了中职学校班主任工作的难点，并提出班主任工作对策。

| Abstract: | The head teacher is responsible for the ideological and political education of students, helping students establish correct outlooks on world, life and values, so as to cultivate them to be applied talents of comprehensive development, so the effective work of head teachers is the important guarantee of cultivating students＇ perfect personality, healthy individuality, excellent character and enterprising spirit. With the popularization of senior high school education, secondary vocational students＇ foun-dations are uneven, severely challenging secondary vocational head teachers＇ work. This paper analyzes the difficulties of secondary vocational school head teachers＇ work, and puts forward the countermeasures. |
