| 摘 要： | 档案鉴定理论对档案工作的实际运用起到了科学的指导作用，并且档案鉴定理论是对档案价值规律和档案鉴定原则、标准、理论的总结和科学提炼，因此档案鉴定理论在企业的档案管理中发挥着非常重要的作用。并且随着科学技术的快速发展，企业的档案管理也逐渐走向信息化、网络化、智能化模式，所以非常需要完善的档案鉴定理论做基础，才能有效地提高档案管理的工作效率。由于档案鉴定理论参照的依据不同所涉及的内容也不相同，所以必须要详细地掌握每种档案鉴定理论并加以分析，才能正确认识档案鉴定理论的实际作用和价值。本文主要通过对档案鉴定理论在企业档案工作中的作用进行简要分析，探讨档案鉴定理论的内容和企业档案工作的特点。

| Abstract: | Archival appraisal theory plays a role of scientific guidance in the practical application of archive work, and archival appraisal theory is the summarization and scientific abstraction of the value and rules of archives, the principles, stan-dards and theories of archival appraisal, so archival appraisal theory plays a pivotal role in enterprise archive management. With the rapid development of science and technology, enterprise archive management gradually takes the model of information, network and intelligence, so perfect archival appraisal theory is urgently needed to help effectively improve the efficiency of archive management. Due to different references of archival appraisal theory, the contents involved are also different, so we should have a detailed knowledge about the theory and analyze it, so that we can correctly recognize the practical functions and value of archival appraisal theory. Through a brief analysis on the role of archival appraisal theory in enterprise archive work, this paper mainly explored the contents of archival appraisal theory and the characteristics of enterprise archive work. |
