| 摘 要： | 随着高等院校学习咨询服务意识的增强，关于如何高效科学地解决大学生学习困扰方面的研究也日益增多，视角也越加多样化。本文在高校实际工作总结的基础上，以抗逆力理论视角探讨当前高校学习咨询服务体系构建的路径与工作模式，以此为高校学风建设工作实践提供理论借鉴和实践指导。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of learning counseling service consciousness in universities, the researches of how to efficiently and scientifically eliminate university students＇ confusions in learning are increasing and the perspectives are also diverse. Based on summarizing practical university work, this paper explored the construction and model of the current university learning counseling service system from the perspective of resilience, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the practice of constructing university learning atmosphere. |
