| 摘 要： | 中小学布局调整不仅是硬件建设问题,更是一个长期的软件建设过程。分析中小学布局调整下教师群体发展中存在的问题,提出布局调整下教师群体建设策略：加强学习与交流,减少校园人际冲突;重视培训与疏导,提高教师综合素质;创设多种有效载体,搭建群体健康发展平台;重视组织气候建设,形成和谐人际氛围。

| Abstract: | The adjustment of primary and secondary schools layout is not only hardware construction,but also a long-term software construction process.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of teacher group in the adjustment,and puts forward the strategy for the construction of teacher group：to strengthen learning and communication,so as to reduce campus interpersonal conflict;to pay attention to training and counseling,so as to improve teachers＇ comprehensive quality;to create a variety of effective carrier,so as to build the platform of group healthy development;to pay attention to the construction organization atmosphere,so as to form harmonious interpersonal atmosphere. |
