| 摘 要： | 创新是人类社会发展的动力之源,而创新的关键要素是人才,人才的成长靠的是教育.在目前职业教育大力发展的大环境下,我们要培养出一批有一技之长的专业型实用性人才,尤其要重视学生创新能力的培养.对学生进行创新能力的培养,是高职院校教学的方向.我们应不断加强创新意识,提高教师的创新培养能力,激发学生的创新意识与能力,我们的职业教育之路才能走得更稳,职业教育也才能发展得更强.

| Abstract: | Innovation is the motive force for the development of human society and the key of innovation is talent,which relies on education.In the present environment of vigorously developing vocational education,we need to train a number of practical talents with proficiency in a particular line,especially the cultivation of students＇ innovative ability.To train students＇ innovative ability is the direction of higher vocational teaching.We should continue to strengthen innovation awareness,improve teachers＇ innovative ability,and encourage students＇ innovative consciousness and ability,so as to make our vocational education develop more steadily and stronger. |
