| 摘 要： | 本科生导师制因其＂因材施教＂的教育模式被世界教育界广泛认可。从实施过程管理的角度,剖析了我国高校扩招背景下的本科生导师制在实践过程中存在一系列困境。通过比较研究,总结了国际先进教育国家的做法,从完善制度、强化监管、优化指导方式、＂班导生＂的辅助机制四个方面给出了完善本科生导师制实施管控的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Abstract Due to the education mode of ＂teaching students in ac- cordance with their aptitude＂ of undergraduate tutorial system, it is widely recognized by the education all over the world. From the perspective of implementation process management, this paper analyzes the dilemmas in implementing undergraduate tutorial system in China in the background of increasing college enroll- ment. Through comparison and research, the writer summarizes the measures of advanced countries, and proposes coping strate- gies from four aspects. |
