| 摘 要： | 相较于普通高中院校的学生素质,高职院校的生源质量较低,为了在高职院校中营造和谐、有序的课堂氛围,本文针对高职院校在教课的过程中经常出现的问题作出合理的分析,并研究了高职院校学生的上课行为,经过研究分析在本文中提出有效的课堂管理策略和方法,以期通过这些方法帮助教师提高高职院校学生的综合素质,达到期望的教学质量。

| Abstract: | Abstract Compared with the quality of students from common colleges, the quality of students from higher vocational colleges is lower. In order to establish a harmonious and orderly classroom atmosphere, this paper analyzes common problems in higher vo- cational teaching, researches students＇ behavior in class and pro- poses effectively strategies and methods of classroom manage- ment. This paper aims to help teachers in higher vocational col- leges improve students＇ comprehensive quality and achieve ex- pected teaching quality. |
