| Abstract: | The teacher service file management as part of the management of teachers in higher vocational colleges is very im- portant. It plays a very important role in the evaluation of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, teacher＇s team construction occupation college system audit, as well as the evaluation of pro- fessional titles. Strengthening the teaching archives management, is to enhance the management level, promote the basic quality of teachers training teacher＇s team construction and talents in higher vocational colleges. |
