摘 要: | 独立学院独特的办学模式和特殊的学生群体决定了独立学院辅导员工作的特殊性。本文针对近几年来独立学院辅导员离职率高的现象,分析了独立学院辅导员离职归因,并提出了相应的稳定对策。
