| 摘 要： | 高中体育课程改革是我国课程改革的一个重要组成部分。本文在分析高中体育课程改革所面临的种种问题基础上提出了提升教师专业素质、转变家长教育观念、加强政策支持力度、创新教材内容、改变体育教师培训制度,最终提升体育教学地位的个人见解。

| Abstract: | The course reform of higher school PE is an important part in the course reform in China.Based on the analysis of the various problems existing in high school PE reform,the writer proposes his opinion from the following aspects：improving teachers＇ quality,transforming parents＇ education ideas,strengthening policy support,innovating text contents and reforming teachers＇ training system and finally improving the position of PE teaching. |
